In the event of my participation in the »Arlberg Adler« (Arlberg Eagle) competitions, I acknowledge that the event organisers and sponsors are exempt from liability for damages of any nature. I will not assert any claims either against the event organisers and sponsors of the »Arlberg Adler« or against the municipality or representatives thereof, resulting from damages or injuries of any nature, which I may incur due to my participation in this event. I declare that I have trained sufficiently to participate in this competition, am physically healthy and that a physician has confirmed my state of health. I consent to the data provided in my registration, the photos, shoots and interviews in radio, television, advertising, books, photomechanical duplications, films, video cassettes, etc. made in connection with my participation in the "Arlberg Adler" being used – without any claim for remuneration on my part. I affirm that my date of birth provided on the registration is correct and that I will not pass on my starting number to anyone else. I am aware that I will be disqualified if I change the official starting number in any way whatsoever, particularly by rendering the ad impression invisible or unrecognisable.
